Patent is an an exclusive monopoly right granted by the Government to an applicant, for disclosing a new invention, for a limited time period to use the invention to manufacture, sell and/or offering to sell the patented products for commercial gain.

The TM is a visual symbol, for example, a word, logo, label, etc. used to distinguish specific goods of a manufacturer and/or services of a service provider. Thus, a trade mark identifies the manufactures of goods or a service provider.

  3. Handling prosecution in order to obtain registration of the Trade Marks

The design means only the features of shape, configuration, pattern, ornament or composition of lines or colours applied to any article whether in two dimensional or three dimensional or in both forms, by any process and the features are capable of being identified solely by the eyes.

Copyright means the exclusive right provided under the provisions of the Copyright Act to an author, artist, composer, authorized person(s) or legal heir of an author, artist, or composer for a fixed period to print, publish and sell copies of his/her original work.

  2. Handling prosecution in order to obtain registration of the Copyright
  3. Handling litigation and infringement cases

Drafting assignments and licensing agreements.

Geographical Indication means an indication, for example, a name, geographical or figurative representation or any combination thereof, used to represent specific goods originating, produced, processed or manufactured in a specific geographical area or territory of a country, or a region or a locality in that territory, where a given quality, reputation or other characteristics of such goods are essentially attributable due to its geographical origin.
